Baconstown U13 teams finished 1st and 2nd in this years Credit Union quiz which took place in Enfield on 31st January 2016.  Well done to all who took part. .  

The school will be closed on Friday 26th February to facilitate voting for the upcoming general election.

Children from 3rd to 6th classes braved the wet and windy conditions today to  join with Ms Noeleen and many parents and teachers in an Operation Transformation walk. Click in to see more pictures.

Senior Infants pupil, Charlotte Burke made a special donation recently to the Little Princess Trust charity.

On November 15th we were very excited to have a visit from the author Debbie Thomas.

Due to recent poor weather conditions, the Cumann Na mBunscol football finals due to take place in Pairc Tailteann this weekend have been postponed.  These games will now be played on Saturday 28th November at 10am.
