Rebellion Walking Tour

On Friday April 29th 4th, 5th and 6th classs went to Dublin on a 1916 walking tour.

They visited Trinity College, the Old Parliament, O’Connell Bridge, the GPO, Moore Street and the Garden of Remembrance.  The also got to see bullet holes in the statue of Daniel O’Connell!

They even got to see the Navy raise the Tricolour at the GPO.  Everyone really enjoyed the experience and learned lots of interesting things.
